Entry into Force

These General Terms and Conditions are binding for IMG CONNECT – on one side, and for the individuals who have registered through the website (or on whose behalf the registration was made) – on the other. The Terms become binding for the PARTICIPANT from the moment they receive an email confirmation of their registration. IMG CONNECT’s obligations begin from the moment full or partial payment is received for the registration, as specified in the event’s announcement.

In case a registration is made on behalf of a legal entity or another organization, the contract is considered concluded with the respective legal entity or organization. If a registration is made by one person for the benefit of another (or others), all adults attending the event are parties to the contract, and the person who completed the registration bears joint liability for the PARTICIPANT’s obligations.

By registering for an event, you enter into a distance service contract (online) with IMG CONNECT. The contract is considered concluded once the ORGANIZER confirms the registration and provides payment instructions.

By registering, you confirm and accept these Terms and Conditions, including event dates, payment deadlines, preliminary programs, cancellation policies, and more. The ORGANIZER is obliged to ensure the PARTICIPANT’s attendance at the specific event, based on the data provided in the registration form (name, event date, etc.) and only after receiving payment.

The PARTICIPANT’s main obligation is to pay the event fee in the amount and within the deadlines specified in the event announcement. Your place at the online or in-person event is guaranteed only upon prepayment, as specified in the event listing. If no prepayment is made, we are not responsible for delivering the service.

Key Definitions

• „PARTICIPANT“ is a natural person, legal entity, or other legal organization that actually uses the services of IMG CONNECT and/or has made a registration for an event, either personally or through a third party. The PARTICIPANT is a party to the contract with IMG CONNECT.

• „ORGANIZER“ is IMG CONNECT Ltd., UIC 207379619, VAT № BG207379619, headquartered at 4 Bregalnitsa Street, Varna, Bulgaria.

• „Event“ refers to online or in-person webinars, seminars, trainings, conferences, or other types of events organized by the ORGANIZER with a pre-announced program, schedule, pricing, and speakers.

• „Registration“ is the act of submitting information by the PARTICIPANT or a third party into the registration form (electronically or otherwise, including via email or phone), based on which IMG CONNECT and the PARTICIPANT enter into a distance contract.

• „Force Majeure“ or „Act of God“ refers to events, actions, or omissions by third parties occurring after the registration that prevent the ORGANIZER from delivering the reserved service.

• „Announcement“ means any statement made by the ORGANIZER (online or offline) indicating the event date, planned program, speakers, number of participants, and price.

Registration Process

When registering for an event, the PARTICIPANT must provide specific information in the online registration form or submit this information to the ORGANIZER by other means.

The usual required data includes:

• First and last name of the PARTICIPANT

• Email address

• Contact phone number

In case the registration is made by a legal entity, the following additional data is required:

• Company name

• UIC (Company ID)

• Registered address

• Position and name of the employee who will attend the event

All personal information entered in the registration forms is used solely for the purpose of providing the service and, with your consent, for marketing IMG CONNECT’s services.

The registration is considered complete once the „Submit“ or „Register“ button is clicked and the ORGANIZER confirms that the registration has been successful.

Confirmation of Registration

Immediately after registration, but no later than 24 hours from its completion, the PARTICIPANT will receive a confirmation email to the provided email address. This confirmation will include the main details of the registration as well as instructions for prepayment (proforma invoice).

The confirmation will also include an excerpt or a reference to these Terms and Conditions. The conditions of the event (dates, price, payment, cancellation, program, speakers) are binding for the PARTICIPANT from the moment of confirmation by the ORGANIZER.

For IMG CONNECT, the obligations arise from the moment we receive the prepayment for part or the full amount of the event fee, as per the specific terms.

Most services offered by IMG CONNECT need to be partially or fully pre-paid to ensure their execution. Your participation will be reserved for 7 business days from the issuance of the proforma invoice, within which time the participation fee must be paid. If the fee is not paid within this period, your seat will be released for other participants.

The right to participate in the event is established only after payment has been made.

Participation Fees and Payment Methods

The event fees organized by IMG CONNECT are in Bulgarian lev and include all taxes. The fee for each specific event is indicated in the event announcement, and in certain cases, the fees are lower for early registration and higher for last-minute registration. The fees must be paid by the PARTICIPANT in lev, no later than 7 days from receiving the proforma invoice. Payment is considered completed when the amount is received into IMG CONNECT’s account.

Failure to make the payment within the specified period may be considered by the ORGANIZER as a cancellation by the PARTICIPANT, for which Section 8.1 of these Terms and Conditions will apply. At the discretion of IMG CONNECT, the registration may be deleted or unilaterally canceled by us. Unpaid services within the specified period do not create obligations for IMG CONNECT.

The payment for registrations and other services is made either in full or in installments according to the specific offer being considered. Unless otherwise stated, the participation fee is to be paid in full before the event date.

The payment method is specified in the event announcement as well as in the confirmation email. The announced price includes only participation in the event, and does not cover additional costs such as accommodation, transport, meals, etc., unless otherwise stated in the announcement. We accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe, Paysera, and ePay.

The ORGANIZER will issue an invoice for the service to the PARTICIPANT after receiving the payment. For periodic payments, an invoice will be issued for each payment separately.

Promotions – Discounts, Offers, and Package Prices

The ORGANIZER reserves the right to announce promotional prices. Promotional offers are valid only for newly registered PARTICIPANTS, under the corresponding conditions, and cannot be grounds for requesting a reduction of the price or for complaints. IMG CONNECT usually offers better pricing conditions for early or group registrations.

Cancellation Policy for Registrations. Withdrawal from Event Participation.

1. Participant Cancellation of Registration

Please ensure that you carefully check the registration conditions before requesting participation in an event. Unless otherwise stated during registration, the registration can be canceled by the PARTICIPANT free of charge and without penalty within 14 days from the date the registration is made and confirmed by the ORGANIZER, whichever occurs later. This right of free cancellation does NOT apply to corporate PARTICIPANTS, as well as to individual PARTICIPANTS who have registered for the event with the aim of professional qualification or another non-personal reason. In these cases, the ORGANIZER will retain the paid fee. The cancellation must be made by sending a completed cancellation form to IMG CONNECT, including via email or by notifying the ORGANIZER in another way, such as by phone. The request should include PARTICIPANT information and event details, including the event date. You will be informed once your registration has been successfully canceled. The paid fee will be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation request to the specified bank account, provided that the cancellation is made within the 14-day period from receiving the cancellation notification. If canceled after this period, IMG CONNECT will retain the full paid fee, although the PARTICIPANT may be offered participation in another event. In case of refusal to switch, IMG CONNECT will not refund the fee.

If the registration for the event was made at the last minute, i.e., less than 14 days before the event, the right to free withdrawal does not apply if, at the time of registration, the PARTICIPANT explicitly agreed that the service would begin within this 14-day period and the client will lose their right to cancel. In such cases, if the PARTICIPANT cancels, IMG CONNECT will retain the full paid fee, although the PARTICIPANT may be offered participation in another event. In case of refusal to switch, IMG CONNECT will not refund the fee.

2. Cancellation of Event and Registration by IMG CONNECT

IMG CONNECT may unilaterally and without owing compensation or penalties cancel a PARTICIPANT’s registration or cancel an event in the following cases:

• Partial or full non-payment of the event fee by the PARTICIPANT within the agreed deadlines and conditions – in this case, the refund of the paid portion of the service (if applicable) is due only if the cancellation is within the refund period (see Section 8.1);

• Occurrence of circumstances preventing IMG CONNECT from fulfilling the requested services on time and at the specified location due to reasons beyond the ORGANIZER’s control (e.g., prohibitions or other official acts, natural disasters in the event location, epidemic situation, the lecturer’s inability to conduct the event, etc.) – in this case, IMG CONNECT will offer the PARTICIPANT a service of equal or higher quality for the same or other dates. If the PARTICIPANT refuses, IMG CONNECT may cancel the registration without the PARTICIPANT’s consent and without taking any responsibility, and will refund 100% of the paid value within 14 days of the cancellation;

• Insufficient number of participants for the event – if the required number of participants for the event, as stated in the announcement, is not met, IMG CONNECT may cancel the event, reschedule it to another date, or offer the PARTICIPANT participation in another event. In case of refusal from the PARTICIPANT, IMG CONNECT will refund 100% of the paid value within 14 days of cancellation;

• If IMG CONNECT cancels an event or registration due to reasons for which it is responsible, the company offers the PARTICIPANT an equivalent service under the same or similar conditions. If the PARTICIPANT refuses the service, IMG CONNECT will refund 100% of the paid value within 14 days of cancellation. The fees (penalties and compensations) owed by the company are identical to the compensations that the PARTICIPANT would have paid if they had canceled their registration at that moment, but not more than the paid amount for the event.

The PARTICIPANT will be informed of the cancellation of the event or registration via email or by other means, including by phone.

No Show on the Day of the Event
If a PARTICIPANT who has paid a partial or full fee does not appear on the day of the event or does not join the event (for online events), they will be considered a no-show. In case of no-show, the paid amounts are not refunded, and I.M.G. CONNECT reserves the right to claim the difference between the paid amount and the full event fee.

Access to the Event
Every event organized by I.M.G. CONNECT has a specified date and starting time. For online events, the ORGANIZER will send the PARTICIPANT the access instructions, in the form of a link or other method, no later than 3 days before the event. The PARTICIPANT is obliged not to share this information with third parties. The fees paid for the event entitle only the PARTICIPANTS, for whom the ORGANIZER has been notified of their attendance, to participate.

Complaints and Reporting Problems
If an issue arises during the event, you can contact us by phone at +359 878 888 123, email: events@internetmediagroup.org, or inform us by other means. If the service is not provided as described, the PARTICIPANT should notify I.M.G. CONNECT without undue delay, and no later than 24 hours after becoming aware of the issue, providing details of the discrepancy, taking into account the specific circumstances of the case. The notification should be made in writing or in another form, including via email or other technical means that allow reproduction. The PARTICIPANT has the right to file a complaint within 14 days from the use of the service, submitting messages, requests, or complaints regarding the quality of the service provided, either in writing or orally by phone, email, or other suitable means. Complaints will be addressed within 30 days of receiving them. If the complaint is justified, the PARTICIPANT has the right to compensation at I.M.G. CONNECT’s discretion, which cannot exceed the amount of the event fee.

Disputes and Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from the service contract between the PARTICIPANT and I.M.G. CONNECT will be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the competent court according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, with Bulgarian laws, including the Commercial Code, Obligations and Contracts Act, etc., applying. Any PARTICIPANT who is a consumer under the contract may initiate alternative dispute resolution proceedings according to the Consumer Protection Act before the General Conciliation Commission of the Consumer Protection Commission, located in Sofia, Slavyakov Square No. 4A, phone: 02/9330 517, website: www.kzp.bg, email: adr.sofia@kzp.bg. The procedure is voluntary and out-of-court, and the decision of the alternative dispute resolution body is not binding on the parties. Disputes may also be referred to the European Commission’s platform for online dispute resolution available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.adr.show.

Personal Data
I.M.G. CONNECT and the website www.digital4bulgaria.com apply comprehensive technical and organizational measures to protect the provided data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction, and access by unauthorized persons. The protection of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the aforementioned website.

Correspondence and Communication
By completing the event registration, you agree to receive an email containing information about your registration. To ensure your participation in the event, you must provide a valid email address. I.M.G. CONNECT or its employees are not responsible and have no obligation to verify incorrect or improperly provided data, including email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card numbers. I.M.G. CONNECT and all participants (individuals and legal entities), as well as visitors to the website, agree that for communication between the parties the following methods are accepted:

Additional Provisions
If any of the clauses of these terms and conditions is (or becomes) invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding, you will continue to be bound by all other clauses. The website may contain links or internet connections to other websites. I.M.G. CONNECT is not responsible for the privacy policy and terms of use of websites it does not administer, nor for any other information contained in them. All content on the website www.digital4varna.com, namely – the logo, together with the figures and text contained in it, inscriptions and images, drawings, diagrams, graphics, design, database, descriptions, methods, processes, registration software, and other objects of intellectual property and copyright, including software for conducting webinars, presentations by speakers, the content of the General Terms and Conditions, are the property of I.M.G. CONNECT or third parties from whom the company has obtained consent to reproduce and/or has a contract for the use of the intellectual property and/or copyright object. I.M.G. CONNECT retains all rights to the intellectual property related in any way to the website or the services offered by us. Website visitors may use the content solely for the purpose of event registration or submitting inquiries. Using the content for other purposes, other than those outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, is considered a violation of these terms, as well as an infringement of intellectual property and/or copyright. Website visitors may copy, share, transfer, and/or use the content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and only when this does not contradict the provisions of this section of this document and when explicit written consent has been obtained from I.M.G. CONNECT or the third parties holding intellectual property or other rights over the intellectual property whose works and other objects of intellectual property they have authorized for use. I.M.G. CONNECT grants owners of other websites and users the right to publish links to the website www.digital4varna.com, only when the reference is clear and unambiguous. Copying text from the website and placing it on other websites without the written consent of I.M.G. CONNECT or without citing the source by placing the following text: “Source: www.digital4varna.com” and the link must lead to the cited internet page is prohibited.

Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by I.M.G. CONNECT at any time by updating them on the website, in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Commercial Code. The updated General Terms and Conditions take effect immediately after their publication on the website concerning all future clients and participants, as well as regarding contracts concluded prior to the amendment with participants who are legal entities and individuals who registered for the event for professional purposes. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions do not affect contracts concluded prior to the update made remotely, unless I.M.G. CONNECT has provided otherwise in compliance with the applicable legislation. If I.M.G. CONNECT wishes to bind PARTICIPANTS who are individuals and have paid an event fee for personal, non-professional purposes under the amended General Terms and Conditions with contracts concluded before the update, the company will notify users by email within 7 days of the amendment. If the PARTICIPANT does not agree with the changes to the General Terms and Conditions, the PARTICIPANT may withdraw from the contract and cancel their registration, without stating a reason and without owing compensation or penalties, within 1 month from the notification by providing written notice to I.M.G. CONNECT. Alternatively, the PARTICIPANT may continue to execute the contract according to the General Terms and Conditions in effect before the amendment. If the PARTICIPANT does not act within the specified period, the updated General Terms and Conditions will take effect concerning the PARTICIPANT after the expiration of 1 month from the notification. The General Terms and Conditions take effect immediately concerning all participants, without the need for notification, if the changes to the terms were imposed by a valid statutory act.
